Whether you are new to the upholstery craft or someone with previous experience looking for a greater challenge, our workshops are suitable for all. We provide expert tuition in a relaxed and spacious environment. Class sizes are kept small (maximum 8 people per session) allowing for plenty of one-to-one support to guide you through your project.

You will be guided through the design process and supported in stripping down and preparing your piece. You will be introduced to the various tools and advised on measuring and cutting your fabric and any pattern matching required. You will be tutored through the various techniques, from applying webbing, hessian and wadding, cuts and corners, to finishing techniques such as shallow or deep buttoning, stud work or piping.

All our workshops are flexible, simply book a session that is convenient to you on a pay as you go basis.  

Beginners are advised to start with a small project to become familiarised with the tools and materials before moving on to more ambitious pieces.

All tools are included. Materials and resources are supplied at a student discounted rate. Fabric is available to purchase from our onsite shop.
